Victoria completed a BA in English and Law at the University of Strathclyde before moving abroad to study and work in Spain and Italy between 2011 and 2014 where she learned to speak Spanish.
After returning to the UK to complete an LLB, Victoria graduated with the highest award in Scots and English Law in 2017. During her undergraduate degree, Victoria also achieved the highest award for the Law of Contract and won the Silken Thomas Moot before Mr Justice McMenamin of the Supreme Court of Ireland in 2016. Victoria moved to London to begin post graduate studies at the University of Law in 2018.
Victoria worked as a team administrator at Pinsent Masons in the litigation department in Glasgow and as a paralegal in the specialist IP firm EIP Legal before joining the IP Litigation department at GSC in July 2019.back to profiles
