Sana Sheikh, Associate Solicitor
Sana Sheikh holds an MA in Law from St Catharine’s College, University of Cambridge and completed the Accelerated Legal Practice Course with Distinction. She trained at Herbert Smith Freehills LLP in London and spent six months in Dubai, U.A.E on secondment.
Sana qualified as a solicitor in September 2015 and joined GSC in April 2016 to specialise in International Private Client and Corporate.
She has a specific interest in technology and intellectual property, having previously worked on a number of high profile copyright and trade mark disputes at the Court of Appeal. She has also authored a number of articles on trademark law which have been published in journals such as the World Trademark Review and World Intellectual Property Report. She speaks a several languages including French, Punjabi and Urdu.
