Justin is a barrister specialising in intellectual property.  He has advised a number of music industry trade bodies and has represented clients in specialist tribunals, the High Court and Court of Appeal.

His practice includes copyright infringement and licensing as well as trade mark registration and infringement.  Current cases include litigation against the UK Government relating to a failure to correctly implement European Union Directives.

Justin attended Lincoln College, Oxford (BA in Jurisprudence) 1991 and Nottingham University (LLM in International Law) 1993.  He was called to the Bar in 1994, joined GSC in 1997 and was appointed Head of IP Litigation in 2002.  He is a member of the Bar European Group.
