Justin Goldspink is a Barrister specialising in Intellectual Property
and Litigation work. Justin has been involved with advising a number
of industry bodies in the music field and has represented clients
in the specialist tribunals, High Court and Court of Appeal.
Justin attended Lincoln College, Oxford (BA in Jurisprudence 1991)
and Nottingham University (LLM in International Law 1993). He qualified
as a Barrister in 1996 and joined GSC in 1997 and was appointed
Head of IP Litigation in 2002. Justin is a member of the Bar European
Group. |
