Clive Halperin specialises in Company Commercial law, non-contentious intellectual property, media, IT and E-commerce. Clive has been involved in a number of high profile corporate matters which have made the legal press. These have ranged from sponsorship deals with football teams through to multi-million pound fast food franchises.

Clive attended Kings College University of London and The College of Law. He qualified as a solicitor in 1994 and was appointed as a Partner of GSC in 1999. He is a member of The Law Society and the Society of Computers and Law.

Notable achievements:- Clive is a qualified pharmacist and a member of The Royal Pharmaceutical Society. He is also a trustee of the Patients Association.
