Tessa Fry, Partner
Tessa advises businesses and individuals on all aspects of employment law from appointment to dismissal. This includes the preparation of employment contracts, termination of employment, sickness absence, redundancy procedures, the transfer of undertaking regulations, data protection and family friendly policies. She has handled numerous tribunal claims on unfair dismissal, race, sex, age and disability discrimination and has represented clients in the High Court for breach of contract including injunctions to enforce restrictive covenants, actions for breach of copyright and confidentiality and claims for non payment of bonuses.
She also advises companies and individuals on business immigration issues including sponsorship applications, start up companies, residency and nationality.
Tessa attended Hull University (BA Hons), qualified as a solicitor in 1989 and joined GSC as a partner in 2005.
